I recently had a great experience with lettings agent Isabelle for finalizing the property. She patiently answered all questions and further got more photos and information which helped us in the decision process. Thanks for all the services lsabelle, looking forward to a great letting experience with winkworth.

Good Service
Good Service in handling a difficult sale mainly due to the incompetence of the purchaser's solicitor Convey Law, Newport. Julia Goodwin worked particularly hard to progress the sale in a professional and efficient manner. I would be happy to recommend this firm to anyone wishing to sell.

I'm so pleased that we were able to keep the sale going for you despite being very difficult at times but with determination and regular updates we got there! Rental services in Bangor are excellent But the service fixflo is bad They take many days until they come, even if it is an emergency Currently, I have a water leak in the house for three days. They did not come. Is it possible to close the main water valve all this time?
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Hi Jamil, sorry to hear the maintenance has not been seen to and I will chase this straight away and come back to you today
As promised Jamil I have chased this and I believe a plumber has contacted you to arrange access for tomorrow
