I have found Northwood to be exceptionally good, we rent a home through them and Sam couldn't be more helpful. We moved house under stressful circumstances in the pandemic and Sam was so helpful going out of her way to speak to me and answer many questions. Any communications with the estate agent are easy and efficient, I wouldn't hesitate to rent/buy a house with this estate agent.
