Jonathan at Northwood was recommended to me personally for the sale of a house we had just stopped renting out. Although I had used other agents in town in the past I decided to go with this recommendation.... And I was not disappointed... Jonathan came out to visit the property and we found him honest and easy to talk to. He reassured us there was a market for properties like ours and planned to target the right potential buyers. There was much interest and many viewings all within a short time and Jonathan worked very hard on this. He helped us select the right offer and proceed. Unfortunately for personal reasons our buyer was unable to proceed and Jonathan quickly sorted out another buyer. Jonathan chased up solicitors when things went a bit "quiet" and soon we arrived at completion day. It was when a last minute hitch occured on completion day that I first spoke to Sam who came up with a quick solution and saved the day. I thoroughly recommend Jonathan and his team based on our experience with them.

The valuation and detail creating process were incredibly professional. They managed to get me a buyer almost immediately and when that buyer had unexpected issues with their chain and couldn't proceed they found me another one very quickly for the full asking price.
