Unfortunately for personal reasons our buyer was unable to proceed and Jonathan quickly sorted out another buyer. Jonathan chased up solicitors when things went a bit "quiet" and soon we arrived at completion day. It was when a last minute hitch occured on completion day that I first spoke to Sam who came up with a quick solution and saved the day.
