Came to Northwood /King & Woolley after my previous agent went AWOL & I was in quite a state & they were such a help & sorted me out. That was over a year ago & I am so pleased to have chosen them (an ill wind etc...!). I am a long distance landlord & really need an agent I can rely on, Monica and Mariana particularly have been tremendously supportive and positive and continue to be so. When things need to be done, they get them done and I am kept up to date with all movements. Others in the offices who I have had less contact with are always polite and helpful.
