Both Ali Craske and John Lacey went above and beyond to help navigate some difficult matters with professionalism, understanding and genuine support. Their calm and proactive approach made all the difference in getting the sale across the line.
Viewings were conducted professionally, with clear communication and excellent feedback after each one. The whole process felt well managed from start to finish. Highly recommend Rampton Baseley for anyone looking for a reliable, capable and personable team.

Rampton Baseley did an excellent job in selling my flat. They are helpful, professional and extremely efficient and effective. They achieved the asking price, and then Elsa was brilliant at seeing the conveyancing process through to the satisfaction of the buyer and myself. Very happy with the service we received buying our house with the help of RB. Elsa and George were great. They accommodated us seeing the house numerous times and took our builders for viewings too. They also provided us with helpful contacts (such as surveyors, roof experts and lawyers) that helped us feel comfortable completing. From start (seeing the house for the first time) to finish (moving in), the process only took 2 months as they helped push everything along very quickly. We were congratulated with a lovely bottle of gin which was a nice touch. After the horrendous experience we had with Dexters during our rental, it felt like an entirely different experience.
I would definitely look to buy / sell through them again and am already considering renting through them in the future

Zack supported the purchase of my first home through Rampton Baseley. He was very hands on, supporting me through an extremely stressful experience after a complicated process. He was great to work with, always staying on top of things and offering to sort things where he could. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a flat in Balham!

Elsa at Rampton Baseley recently helped us with our property search and purchase. She was very responsive, and in touch with us at every stage of the journey. It only happened because of Zack Butterson!
My daughter has just completed the purchase of a flat in Balham.
From the first visit, to the key collection, I could not have been more impressed with Zack. Straight forward balanced advice initially, and then - when the process became complex and extremely stressful - Zack managed all the stakeholders (us as buyers, sellers, solicitors on both sides) with skill and extreme patience. Without his management, the deal simply wouldn’t have happened.
