We had a fantastic experience working with Elsa at Rampton Baseley. She was empathetic, patient, incredibly responsive, and genuinely earnest throughout the entire process. She took the time to truly understand our needs and made stressful moments feel calm and well managed. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and informed - from the initial search right through to exchange.
Rampton Baseley has really stand-out/high quality properties in SW, and Elsa’s professionalism and care absolutely reflect that standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated estate agent.

Elsa at Rampton Baseley was excellent throughout our entire sale process. As viewings took place she was flexible and communicative, enabling a high amount of footfall to view our flat in a short amount of time. Once we had an offer Elsa was proficient across all aspects of the sales process, helping everything move smoothly through to exchange and completion. We couldn’t recommend Rampton Baseley and Elsa highly enough

We recently bought & sold through Ramptons and had a positive expeirence on both sides, and this was managed through Dean in the Balham team. For our sale the team worked collectively to find us several buyers during the course of our process, always keeping us well informed. On our purchase, Dean was great, we were looking for a long time but he remained patient, understood what we wanted, was never trying to 'push' us and successfully helped us navigate our way through both ends of the transaction. We found Ramptons knew the market well and were fair with their approach. Thanks to Dean and the team!

We had a great experience with Rampton Baseley. Elsa MccGwire was the agent responsible for assisting us with our purchase and she did an excellent job in navigating some very challenging conditions of the sale and ensured we were always kept updated and the purchase process progressed. We bought our house through Ali at Rampton Baseley in Balham. She was just so helpful to us throughout the journey which we really appreciated.
