We recently had a very good experience selling our flat with Rampton Baseley. From the first valuation meeting with Joel we felt confident we had chosen the right agent. Elsa who found our buyer was always very communicative and polite and was determined for the sale to go through after a lengthy process. It really helped having a great agent and their team helping and we would highly recommend them.

As we all know , buying and selling a property is not always an easy task . However the team at Rampton Baseley stepped in , Liz was professional in every approach , available at all times to update on viewings and was so understanding about the emotional side of saying goodbye to a family home. I would highly recommend Rampton Baseley .

We purchased our property through Rampton and Basely, with John being our main contact. We cannot speak highly enough of his approach to the transaction. His communication is clear and to the point, so everyone knows where they stand throughout. He was often willing to go above and beyond, taking calls on days off/at weekends to facilitate the process. He was involved from the beginning right up until completion, and whilst this sounds minor, it’s something that the agent we sold through didn’t do, so we saw first hand how negatively that can affect the process. Having dealt with a number of local agents recently, we’d most definitely instruct John to sell our house as/if/when that happens.

10 out of 10! John and Rosie were phenomenal throughout the entire process. Both were equally prompt, understanding, supportive and clearly went above and beyond to help manage expectations with all parties involved (despite being served one unexpected curve ball after the next). Rampton Baseley were excellent from start to finish in our house sale. John was knowledgeable and told us his views on price - not too high but at the right price. The team viewed the property and we had 35+ viewings. All staff were on time with viewings, courteous and feedback was immediate on each viewing. We got above asking price and the team managed the process exceptionally well.
Maartje helped with the exchange and completion and we had 110% trust in her views - she went above and beyond by even helping confirm details with a window company in verifying the guarantee details. Pushing both solicitors when needed really helped.
Ramptons also sponsor a local school which also gives back to the local community. Highly recommended estate agent.
