We recently bought a property through Elsa and had a really positive experience. She was consistently helpful, kind, and kept us updated throughout what turned out to be a long completion process (not the estate agent’s fault). Elsa was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we felt supported the whole way through. Her communication was excellent, and it really made a difference during a stressful time. We’d highly recommend working with Elsa – she was a real help from start to finish.
