Unprofessional service John Lacey attended my property late for a valuation and mentioned he had mistaken it for another property in my road. He was unable to provide a valuation on the day and despite agreeing to follow up the next day, no response was received. My property is a well-presented home on the Heaver Estate. While it may not be a multi-million-pound house, it clearly wasn’t of interest to this agent. The attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive. Plenty of estate agents in Balham are professional and responsive and are keen to market my property, and I will be instructing one of them instead. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Rampton Basely.
