My partner and I purchased our first home together via Rampton Basely this year, and I really can’t fault them. As buyers we can’t choose the estate agent and they don’t work for us, but we were very lucky! Zack was professional, courteous & diplomatic throughout the process and was fantastic to work with, even through the endless stresses of lawyers and tricky bits of negotiation. He was clearly committed throughout to working with us and reaching a mutually beneficial outcome that delivered for the vendor and us as buyers, which felt like good honest business. We felt like valued customers and the completion care package we were given really topped off a great experience! We’d seriously consider speaking to RB if we need to sell one day.
