She took the time to get to know us and figure out our tastes, and she found a house that was perfect for us, we've just moved in and we're absolutely thrilled with it. During the sales process, Elsa was always extremely polite and easy to reach if we had questions. She was never overly pushy with us, and at no point did we feel pressured or unsupported.
