It’s been great working with Calvin to find my new home. He’s taken the time to understand what I’m looking for and only shows me properties that match my criteria. Rather than just showing me the one property I enquired about, he books in 5, drives me to each one, knows all the detail about each property and even introduced me to a new area that I didn’t know, that is now one of my preferred location. I’ve not had the same experience with other agencies in the area.

I first met Dean Steyn in 2025 and worked with him for over a year to find my first property in London. I had some quite specific requirements, and Dean really understood what I was looking for. He didn’t waste my time showing me lots of properties that weren’t right, and only shortlisted ones he genuinely thought I would want to see. The property I eventually bought wasn’t actually on my original shortlist. It was in a slightly different area from where I had been looking, but because Dean knew what I wanted, he encouraged me to come and have a look. I’m so glad I trusted him on that, because the house ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Dean was also really helpful throughout the buying process: connecting me with the sellers, answering all my questions and keeping me updated on what was happening, especially as the sellers were in a chain. I’m really grateful for all his help, patience and guidance throughout the process. I ended up finding a beautiful home that I’m very happy in, and Dean played a big part in that.

Recently bought a house from Rampton Baseley and had a fantastic experience all round. Special mention has to go to Elsa, who was absolutely brilliant to deal with from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, a great communicator and always kept us updated throughout the process.. which is inherently not a straightforward one! We are really grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Elsa and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
