We purchased our property through Rampton and Basely, with John being our main contact. We cannot speak highly enough of his approach to the transaction. His communication is clear and to the point, so everyone knows where they stand throughout. He was often willing to go above and beyond, taking calls on days off/at weekends to facilitate the process. He was involved from the beginning right up until completion, and whilst this sounds minor, it’s something that the agent we sold through didn’t do, so we saw first hand how negatively that can affect the process. Having dealt with a number of local agents recently, we’d most definitely instruct John to sell our house as/if/when that happens.

Very happy with the service we received buying our house with the help of RB. Elsa and George were great. They accommodated us seeing the house numerous times and took our builders for viewings too. They also provided us with helpful contacts (such as surveyors, roof experts and lawyers) that helped us feel comfortable completing. From start (seeing the house for the first time) to finish (moving in), the process only took 2 months as they helped push everything along very quickly. We were congratulated with a lovely bottle of gin which was a nice touch. After the horrendous experience we had with Dexters during our rental, it felt like an entirely different experience.
