Sometimes it can feel like the lettings agent is on the landlords side . I distinctly remember a time when >£100 was withheld from my deposit due to door handles not being adequately polished (I'm not joking). I am both thrilled and relived to say that Howard Homes in NOT one of those lettings agents. The inventory was incredibly thorough and we felt they made an effort to record every defect. Communications have always been prompt and the team are always super friendly. We've now left the property with our full deposit returned and there have been no issues in between. Even in the COVID crisis the service and teamwork has been fantastic. Thanks for treating tenants the way they should be treated Howard Homes. If I ever find myself renting again I hope it's through yourselves...maybe one day I'll be a landlord!!! 👍

Howard were the letting agents for a Property we manage in Frome. I was a bit concerned that Howard were in Clifton, but they quickly dissipated after we had 10 viewings within 48 hours and the house was Let within 72 hours.
