As a tenant managed by Howard for a year, I have only good things to say about the the letting side, property managers in particular (my only needed point of contact, thanks Bryony!). Communication was excellent and the fixflo system works well. Normally had same day replies (unless it was after working hours) about any queries. Problems were dealt with quickly, there were a few instances which were considerably longer but this was due to the landlord and no fault of Howard.
