From beginning to end, Bluebell have been amazing, couldn’t recommended them enough. Our journey to a new home was turbulent to say the least, and every step of the way John and his team were supportive and re-assuring, after our first house fell through as our vendors retracted from the transaction on the day of exchange, Bluebell instantly stepped in to help us in find another home (even outside their own portfolio). Even from the sale of our home, we had initially attempted to have our property listed with a other large estate agent chain, but they failed to get our property listed on to market in 1.5weeks despite us stressing the urgency, this is where Bluebell stepped in and within 24Hrs of meeting with John, our property was marketed and sold within 2weeks, top marks from me for Bluebell. Throughout our transaction, there were moments towards the end were things weren’t progressing well (no fault of Bluebells) and they were regularly touching base with us ensuring everything was ok and still not a problem, a complete contrast to the other estate agent in the chain. Overall if you’re thinking of selling or buying I would make every effort to work with John and his team they are doing a great job, and using a more personal touch with every aspect, even just making a simple phone calls was never an issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
