I have recently purchased my first ever home through Michael Anthony, and I have to say - wow. I could not have asked for a better experience from an estate agents. From the beginning of the process to the very completion, we were treated with friendly professionalism. Tyler our estate agent was brilliant. The support we received from the sales progression team was absolutely phenomenal - that team are an absolute credit to the company. Kristina, Karen, Tanya and everyone else who we were supported by - you are worth your weight in gold. If we ever come to buy or sell a property in the future, we most definitely will be coming to Michael Anthony.

I should have wrote this review sooner but we have finally settled into our new home. We started searching in January and fell in love with a particular property, however we were unsuccessful in purchasing the property at that time. We would like to thank Andy for his help and showing us around the property. We then started to look at other properties and met Jack - we made Jack aware that we were struggling to find a property as we kept comparing it to the other property. He really listened and within a week - he phoned us to say that the property we loved was back on the market. With an hour of that call, our offer was placed, it was accepted and we received our conformation email. We will always be so grateful for Jack for remembering us and giving us that opportunity. Jack was efficient, polite and really cared. We also want to say thank you to Karen for all her support during the buying process - we needed to be out of our property within 2 months and she helped with communication with the sellers solicitors. Thanks to Karen - we were in our new property 2 days before we had to leave. We would highly recommend Michael Anthony!

We have received excellent service throughout from Michael and the team (especially the brilliant Kristina, who made the whole experience of selling our house as stress-free as possible). We put our house up for sale at 4pm on a Tuesday; it was sold for full asking price before 6pm that same evening, due to the Team knowing their list of prospective buyers so well and making the instant match. We were also looking to buy through them. The vendors pulled out less than 3 weeks before the moving date. Michael dealt with this personally and offered some clear advice, which turned a potentially stressful situation into an opportunity which we are currently taking. His empathy and clarity of thought was greatly appreciated. Overall, we could not have asked for a better service and we would not hesitate to use Michael Anthony again.
