We decided to sell our lovely home in July as we need to upgrade ourselves from 3 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms home since having 2 children and Andrew Kerr has been designated as our estate agent. I would like to say he has been brilliant all the way through the entire process providing us with all the information and assistance whenever needed. He is a great asset for the company, extremely professional, really has that "know how" factor, he is very patient and always in great mood, just gives you that confidence that all will be handled properly. Would also like to mention Ben who assisted with viewings of the property and he found our buyers (lucky them by the way as they got a great house) Kristina from sales progression team is also fantastic, she helped us a lot specially at the final stage and she got involved following up every step to complete the sale accordingly in a timely manner. We are extremely grateful for the assistance of the entire team, as every time we made a phone call they did action and tried their best. Many many thanks from all 4 of us. We are looking forward to moving into our new forever home. By the way.. Almost forgot.. After only 4 viewings we got 3 offers and we accepted obviously the highest one, which says a lot about the company reputation, therefore we highly recommend it

I can't say enough good things about Michael Anthony Estate Agents (Aylesbury Branch) whilst we were purchasing and selling our home this year. We started the process in March when I called up and spoke to Lewis Parker about putting our house on the market. We listed this in spring on a Thursday, and by Sunday we had about 15 viewings and near enough 10 offers. Lewis and his colleagues dealt with all of this and advised us of the best offer to take, and as a result, we went with a first-time buyer. Fast forward a few months and we found our property, only for the vendor to take it off the market the day after our mortgage offer was confirmed.....a day later, Michael Anthony called us with a new house coming on to the market in the area we wanted, we viewed it, made an offer and it was accepted. A few months down the line and after a lot of waiting, we had to unfortunately, break the chain otherwise we would lose our buyer. Whilst making the decision as to what to do, Lewis went above and beyond putting us in touch with Air BnB owners he knew in order to help us find accommodation whilst waiting for our purchase to go through. He has been at the end of the phone every time I've needed to speak to him, worked out of hours replying to my endless questions, and has quite honestly made the whole process really stress-free. Whilst waiting for our purchase to go through we were handed over to Kristina in Sales Progression who has been equally as brilliant. They were both in touch regularly to update us on the status and things we were waiting on - we were always kept in the loop. You hear bad things about estate agents, and there's so much competition as to who to go to, but without a shadow of a doubt, I can say Michael Anthony have gone above and beyond for us throughout the last 9 months and made the whole process as smooth as possible for us. Whilst we are certainly in no hurry to move any time again soon - when it comes to it, I know I won't look any further than these guys. Date of experience: 25 November 2022

I can’t praise enough Michael Anthony from the beginning of the house search as we were first time buyers to the completion of the house we bought . I had the best estate agent Tyler with his friendly professionalism for his excellent communication and answering any question we had in relation to the property.
