We've had experience of using both Whitley Parish in Attleborough for purchasing and Whitley Parish in Long Stratton when trying to sell and the high level of service just seems to be consistent and at the core of everything they do. Communication and transparency, especially from Nick, was brilliant. It was never too much trouble for us to organise extra viewings even when our offer was accepted and conveyancing was progressing well. Tracey who did our Saturday viewings was amazing with our children meaning we could concentrate on the property when needed, she also had great local knowledge and her down to earth nature made us feel reassured that we were making a practical real life decision.
