Branch address: 20 Market Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6BX We originally had two estate agents that came round to value our property, and although it meant we were paying more, we went with R&D due to how amazing & knowledgable Alex Fitton was. He made us feel as though he genuinely cared. It wasn’t about “wanting his commission”, Alex made us feel confident in the price he had valued the house at. We didn’t think we would get this much however Alex was confident he could and explained why he thought it was worth this amount by showing examples of properties in the surrounding area, and how much nicer ours was compared. Evie Wheal has been fantastic throughout. She has been in touch at every stage and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I don’t know what I would have done without her to be honest!! Evie has a lovely nature, and we always ended up having a good chat too! She has such a personal touch and I genuinely felt like I was the only customer and that they really wanted to get everything sorted for us, with no stress!
