Just had a great experience of Ryder & Dutton selling my house, thanks mainly to Alex and Evie. Alex set me at ease from the moment he came to value my property. He was friendly, seemed completely sincere, and gave the impression that he genuinely wanted to achieve the best he could for me as well as the company. The pictures he took of my house really showed it at it’s best! Once the house was on the market, my main dealings were with Evie, who handled all negotiations with my buyer, was great at keeping all parties updated and was a friendly, reassuring presence throughout. We have just bought our first house, which was up for sale with Ryder & Dutton in Ashton. We had a long long struggle due to the current COVID situation, with delays along the way, at every stage. The one part of the puzzle that was completely faultless was Ryder and Dutton! Evie was our contact and she literally kept on top of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, including both solicitors, the vendor, and was always one step ahead of me.
