Ryder and Dutton

Top notch service from Ashley and Conor.

We were a tenant renting a property through Ryder & Dutton for six years. We primarily dealt with Linda and Vicky for all queries, inspections and maintenance issues. They were always very friendly and responded to queries quickly, especially whilst we were leaving the property which greatly reduced the stress of moving.

We want to Thank Ryder & Dutton (Ashton under Lyne) We have been very impressed with the service. We would like to Thank Peter and Connor. Being a first time buyer we were recommended to Peter Hill as a mortgage advisor and he has been really helpful throughout the whole process. Very quick and efficient. Connor has managed the admin side of our mortgage. If we needed any information Conor will respond unbelievably to any query. We are really impressed with the level of service we have received from Conor. We were kept up to date with the process. Having a clear and quick communication from Conor made our whole process really stress-free.

Yet another 1st class service by David and Katie with my Mortgage borrowing. They make the whole process seamless and informative, while seeking out the best options and deals available. Thank you both and look forward to the next time!

Thank you for Georgia and Helen at Ashton branch for helping and supporting my solo purchase from viewing after work right through to picking up my keys for my property , truly can’t recommend Ashton branch enough 😊 …

Ann Beech has provided us with first class service and would highly recommend her and this company.

Highly recommend working with Mortgage Advice Bureau if you are looking for a mortgage, both David Mottershead and Katie Roberts have been great in helping us and passing on advice.

I can’t thank Helen, Georgia and the team for their help with my enquiries of the purchase of my new home. Friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t recommend the staff at Ashton branch enough. Thank you ladies.

I found Ann and the team to be very helpful and very responsive when quizzing about FAQs such as what happens next... very informative, helpful and a joy to get things done.
