I've recently used both the lettings department and the sales department at the Ashton under Lyne branch. I've found everyone at the branch to be incredibly helpful and friendly. Their professionalism and communication has been excellent, especially from Linda and Vicky in the Lettings Dept. They handled all aspects of the let, especially through the challenges of Covid-19 restrictions, with great communication. It is a very stressful time, with so many parties and processes involved, I was kept up to date on queries and progress throughout the sale. Nikki Cockcroft secured my mortgage on a new house and Becky Taylor has managed the admin side of my mortgage, both doing a fantastic job. Megan has keep me updated with any developments regarding the sale of my property and been able to answer all my questions. I had to request an extension to my mortgage as we haven't completed yet.
