Ryder and Dutton

Fantastic service provided by Kirsten. Made the process of selling and buying our next home very easy. Would highly recommend

Ryder and Dutton have been amazing selling our home! All the team have had a helping hand but mostly Robyn Roberts has gone above and beyond! Keeping us informed every step of the would highly recommend to use them! Also the solicitors they recommend as they work together! Thank you to the team!

Kirsten and the team are great 👍 best estate agents I’ve dealt with in 15 years 👌 …

Genuinely fantastic service. We sold our home with Ryder and Dutton after first listing with another agent. We decided to switch to Ryder and Dutton, and I'm so glad we did. They have been worth every penny. It's not often you get great customer service anymore, but I really feel that we've had it. Nothing is too much trouble, the communication is great and I think the out-of-hours services keeps everything ticking over even when the branch is closed. Thank you to the whole team including Kirsten, Alice, Ewan, Robyn and Mitchell.

Zoe has been an absolute star. We recently purchased our first home through Ryder and Dutton and we are very happy. Good communication, quick replies to emails. When Zoe wasn't available we always had someone else we could speak to.

I met with a few estate agents and settled on ryder and dutton to sell my property. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The whole team from start to finish were amazing and I can't emphasise this enough, but specifically Zoe Waterhouse, who went above and beyond for me. The whole process of selling a property is stressful but zoe was the one person that put me at ease every time and got things done, not only to a high professional standard but did so quickly and efficiently, I would recommend her and her team every time. The only downside I had was I couldn't have her as my solicitor as well. Thank you all so much Karl baddeley

Zoe and the team were brilliant in the way they sold our property from start to finish!! Communication was brilliant and always happy to help with any requests!! Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this estate agent. Zoe was handling a conveyancing matter for me, and was very clear with instructions throughout the process. She made it simple and easy to navigate from start to end, and was always available to give me an update or respond to the many enquires I had. After a not so great experience with a previous estate agent, it was a pleasure to have Ryder & Dutton, specifically Zoe guiding us through this time. She is the perfect combination of professional, efficient and friendly and we are very grateful to her. Thank you Ryder &, Dutton / Zoe from all of us!

Zara Mills was amazing. She guided me through every step of purchasing my house. Zara was polite, friendly and professional and she went above and beyond to help me through the process. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Zara and her team to anyone who is thinking of buying a house. She will help you with every aspect of it, from advising and looking for the right mortgage for you, to helping you receive your mortgage offer and liasing with lenders and solicitors, right through to completion. Everything seemed to go so smoothly, even when there were issues to be addressed, Zara had the answers and sorted it out promptly. 5 stars isn't enough!

Very happy with my service. Purchasing a new home, Zoe from start to finish had great communication contacting us with every step and not having to chase anyone up ourselves, going to extra mile sorting out a little additional paperwork for us 👍👍👍 …
