As a landlord, I have used L&A lettings for almost 5 years and during this time, I have been impressed by their excellent customer service. They identified very good tenants who appear to be happy to rent on a long-term basis, which is good for them and for me also. During this difficult period under the Covid-19 lockdown, when businesses are operating under extremely difficult circumstances, the service provided continues to be of a high standard and as a landlord I have been regularly updated. I pay particular thanks to Richard Hall, who I know has been spinning many plates to service the needs of tenants and process rental payments. He has been superb!
