As a company they are great and would do everything to help you and have done everything to make us feel welcome. Ann and Lindon have been great from the beginning. Very friendly and informative when I viewed the property and were very flexible with moving in and allowed me to make the property feel more homely. They have been nothing but prompt and responsive to any problems I have had. Got a new boiler fitted within 48 hours of having reported the problem and got a call a few days later from Ann to make sure I was happy. I had another problem with a pipe in the bathroom and they had an emergency plumber out within about 10 minutes of my call (at 9.15pm) and 5 minutes later Ann and Lindon showed up to make sure everything was ok and brought a dehumidifier and water vacuum with them just in case. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Its obvious that they care about the property and how happy I am in it.
