There are not enough words to describe how amazing Catherine and Lewis have been during the sale of our property! They clearly have a passion for what they do and it massively shows and are genuinely invested in the sales of the properties they market from the start. Their attention to detail is second to none, the photos and description of the property are very professional and one of the best detailed floorplans I have come across. The extra mile they go in selling your property, like a small video of the property after a potential buyer has viewed it, is such a lovely touch. Catherine and Lewis take the time to be as flexible as possible and always available to contact, preventing the loss of any potential buyer which again shows how invested they are to the sale of your property. After our property was launched to the market, we sold in just 17days over asking price!! Unfortunately, due to the property we was purchasing, the process took a lot longer than everyone expected and we hit many hurdles, but although the property we was purchasing was with another agent, Catherine and Lewis continued to do their best at keeping the journey as stress free as possible and our spirits high! They were always at the end of the phone if we ever needed them and always communicated exceptionally well between all parties involved. I honestly do not think I could of got through the whole process without them and cannot thank them enough!! As far as estate agents go, these guys have certainly blown other's out the water!! If you are looking for appointing an agent for the sale of your property, i recommend them in a heartbeat. They really are a breath of fresh air and the most genuine lovely people! Lewis & Catherine are nothing short of excellent, they viewed my father's house with professionalism and respect even though it had definitely seen better days. They gave me options and explained them fully and helped guide me to the best possible outcome. No pushy sales or feeling like I was being forced into something I didn't want to do. All through the process, there was clear communication from them both. Even now with the house being finalised through an auction group they are letting me know what's happening and if there's anything I need to do. Unlike most estate agents they are always available when you need them and if they miss your call they get back to you as soon as possible (even when they went on holiday they were still checking in on the progress and keeping me up to date) If you want to know why a small family run business is better than the large companies consult ewe move. If I'm ever in a position to sell another property ewe move will be my first and only call.

On speaking to the buyers they said they had seen the previous listing and thought the photos made the house looks small and dark. They were the most communicative estate agents I’ve ever worked with, they have WhatsApp to talk through which makes everything easier rather than constantly on emails.
