They are both also just very lovely people to deal with: approachable, friendly and overall a pleasure! I received a booklet through my door over a year ago when I wasn’t quite ready to put the house on the market but I sent them a request on the back of that to ask for some advice about my specific situation. After checking in with me a couple of times over the coming months, I was finally ready to go on the market! They have been fantastic from the very beginning! Lewis and Catherine have honestly been godsends to us in a stressful situation made easier by their breath of fresh air professionalism. We viewed one of their properties in February, put in an offer straight away and was only held back by our solicitors. Although we had set backs because of them, both of them guided us and Lewis was always available for advice when my partner needed it. Catherine and Lewis did an absolutely fantastic job. Our house had been on the market for over 4 months with another agent and we only received a handful of viewings. I got Ewemove to take over and they were very proactive and genuinely invested in the sale from the start. The photos and content were very professional, they were available to communicate via WhatsApp or phone call whenever I needed anything. Very flexible, always happy to help with every stage of the process. We had a viewing the day after the property was launched to market, and proceeded to a sale from this viewing. On speaking to the buyers they said they had seen the previous listing and thought the photos made the house looks small and dark. But the photos provided my Ewemove made it seem a completely different house so they booked a viewing immediately. Thank you both for making a very difficult sale as easy as possible.

For starters Catherine and Lewis have been amazing estate agents and they weren’t even mine! They were the estate agents we were buying off! They were the most communicative estate agents I’ve ever worked with, they have WhatsApp to talk through which makes everything easier rather than constantly on emails. Their personal touches made us feel like we were friends rather than customers, they’ve raised the bar in estate agency standards. In my opinion they went above and beyond and were even chasing my buyers solicitors for us when no one could get in touch with them. Not that the plan is to ever move.
