We've owned a property in Ashburton for a number of years, first as our family home and subsequently as a buy-to-let. It has been managed via Sawyde and Harris from the start. In Jan 2021 our tenants gave notice. Katie was very quick to give us the heads up and get the property back on the market. Michelle then took over the letting process. The communications from both was very good and we quickly found new tenants and we achieve a 10 day void period - which is really impressive. We sold and purchased through Sawdye and Harris as we wanted to use a local estate agent to Chudleigh. Katie was very responsive in valuing our property as soon as we came out of lockdown and within a week it was online and advertised. Sarah and Nicole carried out a number of viewings and we accepted an offer 2 weeks later. Katie found a house for us and we were able to view before even going on the market. We made an offer and it was accepted. Unfortunately our buyers were time wasters and as soon as we realised this, Sarah had another offer from someone else which we accepted.
