We've owned a property in Ashburton for a number of years, first as our family home and subsequently as a buy-to-let. It has been managed via Sawyde and Harris from the start. In Jan 2021 our tenants gave notice. Katie was very quick to give us the heads up and get the property back on the market. Michelle then took over the letting process.
