As a retired lady looking to return to Ashburton, I thought I faced an impossible mission. Then I found Michelle at S & H and my forever home. Yes dealing with faceless bureaurocrats was ghastly but the staff in the office held my hand and never flinched from answering my sometimes daft questions. And they had sweeties in a jar!! Thank you all
