The estate agent dealing with the sale was a lady called Clare Bladen, and she couldn't do enough for me. Working full time meant finding time to view the property limited, but Clare worked around me and after a couple of viewings I decided the property was for me. I was having a difficult time with various things, and a lack of communication from my solicitors just about topped everything off. Clare was always at the end of the phone and always ready to help get in contact with either the vendor or the vendor's solicitors.
