The estate agent dealing with the sale was a lady called Clare Bladen, and she couldn't do enough for me. Working full time meant finding time to view the property limited, but Clare worked around me and after a couple of viewings I decided the property was for me. I was having a difficult time with various things, and a lack of communication from my solicitors just about topped everything off. Clare was always at the end of the phone and always ready to help get in contact with either the vendor or the vendor's solicitors. Clare would keep me updated as soon as she heard anything new about the sale. Clare you are a star and I can't thank you enough for everything you did to get my in. I have only been in a few days but it already feels like home and I couldn't be happier!

We have recently exchanged contracts on our new home and we look forward to moving to Andover. As first time buyers, the housing market seemed daunting and overwhelming. However Matt, Adam and Claire were willing to hold our hands through the entire process from first viewing to completion. As a buyer looking for property in the Andover area I contacted several estate agents to arrange viewings.
