All the staff I've dealt with have been great but Matt in particular stood out... He stayed late so I could view a property (more than once), he was great at keeping in contact and went the extra mile to congratulate me on my offer being accepted and on exchange even though he wasn't involved in the process at the time.

My time with Brockenhurst has been very short because they were so amazing. Claire did our contract initially she is fair, honest and upfront with everything you need to know professional but down to earth. Quickly organised everything to do with the selling of our house and I was kept informed every process.
