We've just exchanged on a property using Brockenhurst Estate Agents and the service has been brilliant. I wish I'd used them to sell my place with. All the staff I've dealt with have been great but Matt in particular stood out... He stayed late so I could view a property (more than once), he was great at keeping in contact and went the extra mile to congratulate me on my offer being accepted and on exchange even though he wasn't involved in the process at the time.
