First time buying made easy

As a first time buyer, I was so unaware of what was required to buy a house. Luckily for me, I met Lucy at Belvoir Andover. Not only did she find me my first house on the first set of viewings, she went above and beyond her role - finding me and finiacial advisor and solicitor. She was always available to answer questions and address my concerns, and was the key reason the whole chain did not fall down at the last minute - again going above and beyond, phoning round and getting solicitors and sellers talking to one another. Buying a house will always be a traumatic experience; Lucy and Belvoir Andover just made it a lot, lot easier. Will definitely use again in future when I look to find my next property (although I’ll not be rushing to move just yet!).

Urgent repairs to my rented property

As a landlord of a rented property , things sometimes go wrong when you least expect !! Courtney at Belvoir Andover contacted me relative to such a situation where the washing machine had a fault !!! True to her word , she reported and organised with full professionalism a replacement machine at a good price without me getting involved at all !!! Emily did the inspection today, very professional and we had long notice beforehand. Everything ok. Belvoir Andover has sure got a very good team.

My Inspection was conducted today by Emily Fryer and I had plenty of warning and nothing seems out of place so all in all I think that the inspection that was carried out, was perfect. I had a rough start to my letting from Belvoir but apart from that everything else has been pretty fine, no issues at all.

Emily Fryer has been a pleasure to deal with. Always keeping us updated with the Inspection routine/procedure staying professional and polite at all times. Emily is an absolute credit to the Andover Belvoir Team !

Amanda from maintenance is amazing at her job. No problem to big or small and provides all the necessary updates throughout all stages.
