Emily Fryer from Belvoir letting Andover carried out the inspection. She was well prepared and informed on the property and some issues that where in the process of being resolved. Emily was punctual, polite and very effiecient.

Absolutely excellent

Belvoir were excellent. we were quite distressed after travelling 3hours to Cambridge and not finding a house. As well as calming us down they listened to our requirements and came up with a suitable list of properties, they were even able to negotiate a different end date to suit our requirements better. This was a example of the great relationship they seemed to have with their landlords by working closely with them which gave us confidence that they knew the landlords were of good character and that they would be on top of any problems that may arise. The costs were clear and transparent and were explained fully to us. The staff were friendly and approachable and made such an effort with us, we really can’t say enough good things about them.
