I would 100% recommend Country Properties. They have been brilliant from start to finish with the sale of our house. Every person we have spoken to has been professional, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date clearly at all times regarding where we were up to. A really brilliant estate agency and I would recommend to anyone. Sasha in particular has regularly gone above and beyond what she had to do and has been brilliant.

I didn't pop into Country Properties to look for a property, I'd require a lotto win for that. I popped in as I actually needed a label printing off to return a parcel. The Post Office in Ampthill doesn't have a printer, who knew? But that's another story. I have a friend who works in there, the lovely Amy Weaver, but she was on leave, cheeky, but I met the wonderful Sasha Humphrey who was more than happy to assist me with my predicament. Label printed, she even gave me some sellotape to stick it on. So thank you Sasha. You're a very kind, helpful and generally lovely lady.

I sold my house through country properties and they have been amazing from start to finish. They took great photos, Jake moved things himself as I had a young baby. Their communication is excellent after every viewing and they are very open and honest. Sasha manages the sales and she does far more than her job. She kept our long chain together, being honest and helpful all the way along. When the solicitors needed a nudge, she helped with this. Last time I moved, I moaned about the estate agents and felt their fee was a rip off. Country properties deserve every penny they charge and would definitely use them again if I moved again.

I have had an amazing experience selling my property with country properties. The Team were extremely helpful even with my purchase which was not technically there responsibility. Sasha was exceptional and definitely someone you need on your team if you are looming to move house. I can't recommend them enough
