Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. I'm so glad that I chose Country Properties to sell my house as all the team are great! They are always friendly, helpful and 'on the ball' and I felt my house was in safe hands even though it was unoccupied. I was happy with Jake's valuation and the way the team worked and consulted me at every step. There were a couple of hiccups during the process with previously definite buyers dropping out through changing circumstances or minds, but Sasha made it bearable with her excellent communication and intervention. It would have been at least ten times more stressful without her managing the sale!
