Having had an abundance of dealings with Estate Agents in the past where I’ve even had to sack the odd one or two due to utter incompetence, I decided to go with Simon Colligan as I immediately warmed to all their staff (Jill and James in particular), whose continued advice and work ethic was nothing short of outstanding from the offset. Upon reflection and having had dealings with numerous estate agents within the area, I would certainly recommend Simon Colligan estate agents in the first instance as they are truly a cut above the rest.
