There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive. We were kept informed every step of the way and we would have no hesitation using Frosts again. We also used their property letting department and again this was a first class experience and we were sorry we had not moved our property to them sooner.

My experience of Frost Partnership has been excellent. My elderly mother was selling her house to move into a retirement apartment and, as you can imagine, it was a daunting prospect for her. Our main contact at Frost was Andrew H. and he couldn't have been kinder. He showed empathy towards my mother at every stage, almost treating her as if she was his own grandmother! He kept me informed of everything as it was happening, and when I had a query he acted on it straight away. I had absolute trust in Andrew and knew he had our best concerns at heart. So thank you!

If everyone in the house moving business was as great as Emily, it would be a happier world. She is a delight to work with: proactive, responsive, calm, and helpful. On various occasions, I found myself saying “thank God for Emily” because it felt like she was the only one in the transaction who was consistently on the ball. I know there are cheaper options for selling your home, but I think JP are well worth the money.

During the process of buying your first home there is a lot of uncertainty and worry. Not only did Emily find my dream home by helping me look a little bit out of my search area, she also guided me through the whole purchasing process, even in instances when she didn't have to. Without Emily I am not sure I would have made it into the property I am now so happy in. I have already, and will continue to recommend her and James Pendleton to friends and family.
