From the start of the renting process I was very grateful for how staff simplified everything for me so I could make informed decisions. Greg our estate agent was always at hand to answer any questions quickly which was reassuring. All staff communicated with us promptly and made everything run smoothly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.
