As tenants, our experience with LiFE had initially been very negative and after months of issues we were handed over to Giorgia. She has been incredibly helpful in getting a number of issues sorted in our flat, liaising with us and the landlord in a both timely and friendly manner. If we continue to rent through LiFE next year we will definitely be requesting that she continues to be our property manager!
