Shadey is the best agent I have dealt with, as is Life Residential as a company. I have two flats, both of which were rented out very quickly - one within an hour of completion! The second was rented shortly afterwards, however, the prospective tenant was rejected following the referencing process. Having had awful tenants in the past, I appreciate how thorough LR's referencing was. A new tenant was also found very quickly. Shadey has provided me with relevant information at every stage throughout the process, and answered my questions quickly and effectively.
