Professional and prompt

Geri reminded me in plenty of time about the contract renewal date and kept me updated and explained things clearly. She always replied to emails promptly and her telephone manner was excellent.

Amelia is a great agent

Amelia is the only agent I've met who is so professional and helpful. I have been in London and on the same house fro 3 years now and it's the first time I solved a problem in less then 1 week, thanks to Amelia.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM A TEAM OF COMMITED AND EXTREMLY HELPFUL AGENTS

The service we received from Life was exceptional from the start. Luke was very understanding, committed and resourceful and with help of Eduard he managed to find a perfect home for us. Thanks to Luke's focus and highly professional attitude we completed the referencing process right on time and moved into our stunning flat before my Birthday, as I hoped, what a present! Anita, the administrator, dealt with any queries we had very quickly adding to a great experience. Since then Alla, our property Manager has been dealing with a few tweaks and requests and has been excellent - efficient and prompt. A big thank you to the whole team. Excellent Standard of Service

Shadey was my main point of contact during the recently completed search for a tenant for my London flat. He was extremely helpful throughout the (short) time it took to rent out the property. Efficient and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions in a timely manner, thereby helping to make the process very smooth and transparent. No complaints at all.

Excellent professional with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy.

Amelia Perez has been handed over a a difficult property managing case with a very cranky tenant (myself). She has seen all the problems to the end with a great attitude and resourcefulness! A genuine concern about a tenant's issues is a great quality of hers and something that is missing from the real-estate industry. I feel very happy to have her as my property manager.
