Broken Washing Machine was resolved quickly

We have just moved into our property and there were a few things that needed resolving. It was over the winter holidays and we could not reach our assigned property manager. We reached out to Giorgia who helped us immensely. by resolving our issue and also by keeping us informed of the progress along the way also during a period where there was limited availability overall.. I believe that being able to resolve issues quickly but also openly communicating with tenants on the matter are critical skills a person in this role should have. Very responsive and engaging, yet professional
