Review of my property administrator Kristina Valuzyte

Recently I rented a flat via Life Residential and have got Kristina as my property administrator. Firstly during the reference process, Kristina was able to get back to my questions very on time and resolve my questions with appropriate advices. Secondly Kristina was able to arrange pre-move-in cleaning on the date promised to tenants with no delays and took the initiative to follow up and send me the invoice, which really shows the " thinking from customer side" manner in the job, which is excellent!

Really nice and friendly

Amazing People

We have lived in the property for 2 years. And Maria is always there to help whenever we need it. We are deeply impressed by her professionality when she arrange everything for us, and we also much appreciate her kindness for always going extra miles for helping us. Really amazing people with amazing services!!! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Reactive and efficient handling of the repairs

I am a tenant and I had several repairs requests pending for months and an urgent leak that needed to be fixed urgently but that was ignored by the previous property manager. When Rakiya took over, she sent an engineer to fix the leak within a week and organized for the rest of the repairs to be tackled quickly . I am very satisfied with her follow up, calls and emails and planning for the repairs. Good job!!

Professional Agent with sense of urgency

Maintenance issue and equipment breakdown is unpleasant and it can be a real pain the longer it drags on. Doville has been extremely helpful to assist us in overcoming such issues with a great sense of urgency. Doville is equipped with good communication skills and is helpful whenever we reach out to her. She always respond quickly and keep us updated on the progress; without the need for us to follow up matters with her. Thank you Doville and wishing the best to your career, family and life.

Polite and Efficient

Alla is the property manager for the flat that I'm currently renting and she's been fantastic right from the time I moved in. She's been prompt and polite in all her responses and has helped me sort out maintenance issues with the flat. Overall I highly recommend Alla for her professionalism and work.
