Fantastic person, professional and helpful!

I came originally to view 2 different departments by other agencies, but Ed has offered me a better deal and seemed way more professional than them. From Monday early afternoon until Friday afternoon everything was sorted and ready to move in! I definitely was overbearing as was under pressure to move out until Saturday, But with Ed's and administrations teams help everything was sorted out. smoothly! And I must say I do not know how he kept his calm with being extremely busy with all the new tenants! it was my first time to rent such new property with my partner and it was the most pleasant and quickest experience! I will be definitely for the future contacting Ed again if it will come to changing properties. Keep up your good work Ed!
