Gary should consider a job that isn’t customer centric. My partner called in enquiring about a property this agency advertised. Gary was condescending throughout the conversation and made inappropriate remarks when my partner wasn’t able to provide him information in regard to MY self-employment books over the phone. Paraphrasing because we didn’t have the foresight to record the call ourselves for a direct quote: “who is this person because presumably if it was your partner you would know.” Gary, it’s none of your business what I information I share with my partner in regard to the intricacies of my self-employment. If this is how you speak to customers who are trying to bring new business to you I dread to think how you communicate with those who you already got a contract with. Other agents might be more pleasant to work with but we will think twice before trying this agency again.

An incompetent bunch and liars ! Poor customer service, incorrect inventory, mouldy rooms, filthy kitchen equipment, to name a few. The property had a allocated parking but the agency forgot to tell us we need a permit, so when I was handed a ticket, they took no responsibility and instead told me I should have reminded them ! They expected me to remind them to do their job!? At the time of exit, there was absolutely no communication and it lead to a very stressful move, that could have been avoided! I am not for leaving negative reviews, but I think a kabab shop has better customer service than this establishment. In the current economy, we are left with little options but to work with such outfits. Just make sure you do a thorough check while dealing with this agency.

The worst experience in my life. Not recommendable at all !!!!! Be really careful with them. They always put excuses for everything, and never ever assume their responsibilities, but put everything on your shoulders instead. Not trustworthy.
Very argumentative service providers. Felt pressured by the responses I received. They didn't like my simple suggestion - indicate the location of the flat in the building, especially as this one was a basement flat without any windows - so people showing interest will not waste their time calling the agency about the flats if their needs are not met. I was told, in an argumentative and offended-sounding manner, that this is not necessary. After the impolite response I received, I asked to be taken off of the system. I had to repeat my request several times before it was completed, simply because they refused to do so at the first few times. Unbelievable!
This agency has yet to complete a single task properly (in almost 5 years) but has me charged hundreds of pounds for their lack of service (as a private rental tenant). I'm glad to see the back of them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
