Key highlights: * Photographs in the listing were accurate: No deceptive floodlights, wide-angle lenses, or convenient omissions. The property we moved into was exactly the property we expected to rent. * Super-responsive and accommodating: Understood our needs and didn't waste time trying to get us to view properties that were obviously non-starters. Once we decided we liked a property, there was no artificial pressure or pushiness. * Good Prep for Move-In: They have a third-party service to help arrange utilities and stuff ahead of the move. Unlike how these services typically operate, the one they used actually had competitive prices for services and gave us control over which services we arranged independently. * Great Inventory / Condition Report: Very detailed photographs from an independent inventory contractor. Stuff our previous landlords would have simply ignored (e.g. discoloration on a piece of furniture, minor mildew on grout, patio weeds) were fixed, without us even asking, less than 48 hours after moving in.

I cannot recommend Emily (Letting Manager) highly enough. Finding an experienced (and genuinely knowledgeable) letting agency is far from easy, particularly in a saturated industry. From a personal point of view, Emily is transparent and represents Breckon & Breckon to the highest standards. She is diligent, well versed in the letting market and is far more proactive than many agents I have dealt with previous. What’s more, my neighbour had gone to market for £125 cheaper for an identical property with another agency, however Emily picked up the phone (on her day off to inform me) so achieving the initial rate felt an overwhelming challenge. Fortunately, Emily’s willingness to find a tenant came to fruition and today my property has been filled for two years (and for less than competing agents within the surrounding area!).
