Most of us have had negative experiences of estate agents - all very keen to get you signed up but then go off the boil and you can never get hold of the person you want to speak to. Sound familiar? Well (roll of drums!) here is Michael Anthony in Hemel Hempstead who are a breath of fresh air in the estate agency market. My wife’s father died and we needed to sell his house in Hemel Hempstead. We interviewed a number of agents but Michael Anthony was, in our opinion, the best of the bunch and meeting Stephen Swindlehurst convinced us to sign them up. The proof of the pudding, of course, is in the eating and they have been nothing short of exceptional. My wife and I have had considerable experience of estate agents (bought 10 and sold 11 houses) but Michael Anthony in Hemel have been the best by far. They would always advise us when a viewing was booked and feedback was given promptly after each viewing, which we have never experienced before! Stephen, the whole of the sales team and especially Ian (with whom we’ve mainly dealt) have been great despite there being complications, including our first buyer dropping out. However, they soon found another buyer and Ian always responded quickly to phone calls and emails. He was never uncontactable and even on completion day he was there chasing all parties. An excellent team and we thoroughly recommend them.
